What is the mission for the rural people?

Our mission is to show the love of Christ in the Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh and to transform the lives of many poor children, widows and destitute elderly people as we are able.

About us

The Founders Story

Pastor P. Ratnam, along with his wife, Suneetha, founded the Mission for Rural People - India. He was struck by the tribulations of the street people at Bhattiprolu and, even as a child, vowed to help them in some way. Pastor Ratnam set up the orphanage which now takes care of 200 children and says that his main motivation is the love of Christ.
